These terms set out the rules for using the pak3 platform. Please read them before you register or place any bets. By creating an account you agree to everything written here.

pak3 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age is verified at registration and we do not permit minors to open accounts, deposit funds or place bets under any circumstances.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed. Your account must be registered in your own name with accurate personal details that match your CNIC.
All deposits, withdrawals and bet settlements at pak3 are processed in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and debit cards are the supported payment channels.
All bonuses and promotions at pak3 carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
Abuse of bonuses, use of automated betting software, account sharing and any form of match manipulation are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are available to all pak3 accounts at no cost. Using these tools does not affect your eligibility for promotions that were active before the limit was applied.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pak3 platform at pak3.win. By registering an account or using any part of the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pak3 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the pak3 platform — including sports betting, the game lobby, slots, live casino, and the pak3 mobile app — is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.
By clicking "Register", depositing funds, or placing a bet, you are confirming that you have read these Terms, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes only.
These Terms should be read alongside the pak3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where there is a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.
pak3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the pak3 platform. We take age verification seriously. pak3 will request identity documents at registration or at any subsequent point to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable guidelines.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one active pak3 account. Creating more than one account — whether under your own name or another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, pak3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number, mobile number and valid payment method details. You agree to keep this information current and to notify pak3 promptly if any of your registered details change.
pak3 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or mobile wallet statement, or a photograph at any time. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being suspended until verification is completed. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts above the standard threshold.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak3 login credentials. Your password must not be shared with any third party. pak3 will never ask you for your password via email, phone or chat.
Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify pak3 support immediately. pak3 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to keep credentials secure.
pak3 reserves the right to lock an account temporarily if unusual activity is detected, pending review. In such cases, the registered mobile number will be notified and support will be available to assist with the verification process.
All deposits on pak3 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits are credited to your pak3 account balance in real time once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
pak3 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to check with your mobile wallet or bank before depositing.
Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. pak3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the request.
pak3 operates exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied. What you deposit, bet with and withdraw is always in Pakistani Rupees, with no hidden exchange rate margins.
Bets placed on pak3 are final once confirmed. You will receive a bet confirmation reference for every accepted wager. The minimum bet stake is PKR 200. Maximum stake limits vary by market and sport and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until the moment your bet is confirmed. If the odds change between the time you select them and the time your bet is submitted, the system will notify you of the updated odds before asking you to confirm.
pak3 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests involving Pakistan — as well as football, esports and other sports. All cricket betting at pak3 is governed by the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). Weather-affected matches, revised targets under DLS method, and abandoned matches are settled in accordance with the applicable market rules displayed for each event.
pak3 reserves the right to void a bet where it was accepted due to a technical error, where the odds displayed were clearly incorrect (manifest error), or where the event in question has been called off and no settlement rule applies. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
In-play markets may be suspended at any point during a live event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted and will be returned. pak3 uses live data feeds to manage in-play markets and accepts no liability for delays in score updates caused by third-party data providers.
pak3 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bet credits and other time-limited offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside each promotion. The general principles below apply to all pak3 bonuses unless the individual promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and qualifying bet types for each bonus are stated clearly when the offer is claimed. Bets placed on certain markets with short odds may not contribute fully towards wagering requirements; this will be noted in the promotion details.
Claiming bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — including but not limited to hedging bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or wagering on low-risk markets solely to clear a requirement — constitutes bonus abuse. pak3 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void related winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.
Responsible Gaming tools such as deposit limits do not disqualify you from bonuses that were active before the limit was set. However, new promotions may have their own eligibility criteria which deposit limits could affect. Always check individual promotion terms.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pak3 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.
pak3 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, the account in question will be suspended and access to funds may be restricted pending the outcome of that investigation.
All content on the pak3 platform — including but not limited to the pak3 name, logo, website design, software, odds data, game titles, graphics, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pak3 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the pak3 platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of pak3 intellectual property may result in legal action.
pak3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and reliability — particularly during high-traffic events such as PSL finals and major T20 internationals — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.
You may close your pak3 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing period.
pak3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited in cases where prohibited conduct is confirmed.
Players who wish to take a break from the platform can request a cool-off period or full self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened and you will not receive promotional communications from pak3.

Your continued use of the pak3 platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw any remaining balance.
